The basic playhouse kit includes:

- 2 long walls (8' x 4'),
- 2 short walls (4' x 4'),
- 1 solid door,
- 1 window with shutters
- 1 roof assembly with cedar shingles
- All necessary hardware
- A set of blueprints and assembly instructions

Accessories
You can personalize your playhouse by adding some extra features like:
- Adult size door on 8x6 only for $75.00
- A bigger size 6 x 8 for $250.00
- An extra window for $60.00
- A dormer above the window for $50.00
- A Dutch Door for an extra $50.00
- Some matching flower boxes for $9.00 to $15.00 depending on size
- A front porch with railings for $325.00
- A loft with wall extension and ladder for $325.00
Shipping
Our shipping quotes are set according to the weight and the zip code of the destination. Our playhouses are moving across the border without any problems. We are using the services of A&A Contract Customs Brokers to clear our shipments and we are covered by a US Customs bond. The playhouse kits are DUTY FREE and there is NO STATE TAXES.
We are using our own trucks to move the playhouses in the United States.We are offering two types of delivery services:
Curb side delivery
Our driver will deliver your childrens playhouse to your residence and unload it in your garage or your driveway.
Delivery and installation
Too busy? Let our driver do the installation for you! Our driver/installer will build the playhouse and clean up after himself. This way, there is no guess and no mess! Starting at $100.00 our work is garanteed to make your life easier. Click here for details
