Before the installation:
Prior to our driver arrival the ground must have been prepared to accomodate the playhouse structure.
Important tips:
- Choose the location where the playhouse will be installed.
- The ground should be reasonably levelled.
Ground preparation:
The playhouse kit can sit on any well drained ground. It can sit on the grass if you want but pea gravel or a hard surface is prefered.
Installation by our driver
Our driver/installer was trained at the Playhouse Factory to assemble your playhouse according to our standards. All our work is garanteed and we will pick up all the packaging materials after the job will be successfully completed.
Our installation fees start at $100.00 for the standard size. The larger version is $150.00. With a loft add $50.00 and with a front porch $40.00.
Important notice:
The installation fees must be paid in cash, to the driver, upon completion of his work done to your satisfaction. If there is a balance due on the playhouse, the driver will accept a check or cash.
If there is any major damages done to the playhouse during the transportation or the installation, the installation fees will be waived until the problem has been fixed.
